Our Return Policy

  • Returns happen. It's okay! We want satisfied customers, so glance over these instructions and give us a ring.
    • Garments must be in their original, unworn, unwashed and smoke-free condition
    • ORIGINAL TAGS must be present
    • Return merchandise authorization number.
  • You may return most new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We have the right to deny a return after the time period has lapsed. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item.
    • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving
  • With your return please include:
    • The completed return form sent with your package
    • A copy of the original receipt

  • Mirabella is not responsible for return shipping. When we receive your return, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to hit your bank account.  You will be notified of the refund via email.
  • *GIFT CARDS, PERSONALIZED GIFTS, PINK DOT or CLEARANCE items and ACCESSORIES (beauty and intimates) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Exchange
    • The best way to ensure you get the item you are craving is to place a new order and return the one you are not smitten with.  This way we will ship out your new order right away!  When we receive the return, we will refund you as stated above!  Yay!
